We’re excited to announce that UMR has mailed out new 2025 Medical/Pharmacy ID cards to all plan members.

These updated cards will be effective starting January 1, 2025, and feature important new copay information.

Here’s what you need to know:

• New Color: The 2025 cards are light blue for easy identification. Please destroy your tan-colored cards after December 31, 2024.
• Number of Cards: Each member with more than one person enrolled will receive two cards.
• Need More Cards? If additional cards are needed, you can log in to UMR.com using your UMR ID to order more. Cards are sent in sets of two.
